Hello all,

I was just wondering if there's any sort of warnings/tips about scaling a batch of Joe's Ancient Orange to a 5 gallon size rather than the one gallon listed in the recipe.

Thanks in advance.

Don't drink it all in one go! 8)

The yeast doesn't have to scale up like everything else - one packet should be enough, two would be heaps.
