There are a few folks who have an in-process (ie Angus - the hydrometer destroyer) as a signature so I started thinking and was curious... What’s in your mead pipeline?

Here is what I have at the moment and the relevant stage of fermentation...

1 Gal EC-1118 Cyser – Clear and Aging
1 Gal K1-V1116 Cyser – Clear and Aging
1 Gal D47 Cyser – Clear and Aging
1 Gal Mint – Clearing
1 Gal Lavender/Sage – Clearing
1 Gal Lavender/Heather/Cat Nip/Lemon Balm – Clearing
1 Gal Orange Blossom Show – Active Fermentation
1 Gal Cranberry Bog Show – Active Fermentation
1 Gal Blueberry – Active Fermentation
1 Gal Orange – Active Fermentation
1 Gal Chocolate Malt – Aging
1 Gal Oatmeal Malt – Aging
3 Gal Heather Fireweed – Clearing
3 Gal Heather Wildflower – Clearing
3 Gal Yule Tide Buckwheat – Clear and Aging
6 Gal Bastardized Oskaar’s Bounty Cyser – Active Fermentation
6 Gal Summer Solstice Wildflower Show – Active Fermentation

6 Gallons - Tri-Berry Melomel - Bulk Aging On Oak
6 Gallons - Cyser - Bulk Aging On Oak
6 Gallons - French Colombard Pyment - Secondary
6 Gallons - Acerclyn - Primary
6 Gallons - Vanilla Mead - Primary
6 Gallons - Third Batch of Joe's No-Age Sweet Mead (Made 07/02/2006)

Already Consumed - 12 gallons of Joes No-Age Sweet Mead !

Will be making a third 6 gallon batch of Joe's No-Age Sweet Mead in the next few days ..... ;D ;D ;D

5 gallons Clove, cinnamon, vanilla, just bottled
4 gallons JAO, clearing well but waiting on the damn fruit to drop
5 gallons straight mead, in primary
1 Gallon blueberry Vanilla, bottled--umm, gone actually.
1 gallon blueberry, near bottling
1 gallon chocolate, just into secondary
five gallons Strawberry, racking to secondary tomorrow.

Traditional Dry: 18 gal
Traditional Sweet: 30 gal
Dry Cyser: 6 gal
Sweet Cyser: 6 gal
Cider: 12 gal
Melomels: 12 gal
Specialities: 12 gal
Zinfandel: 12-15 gal

Queued up:
A few hundred pounds of honey for some recipes from Oskaar'z little black book of mead.

Ok here's the short list..

1 gallon Tarot's tea- aging on oak spiral
1 gallon JOA- ready to rack this weekend
3 gallons Blueberry wine cordial- 2 cold stabling to get rid of pectin, 1 given away to the person got blueberries from.

starting soon
1 gallon quick Sack Cyser (three-four weeks)
1 gallon sweet tea cyser made from the rack of the sack cyser

So far 18 bottles Lemon/Banana, just bottled
5 Gallons lemon wine in secondary, clearing
8 bottles lemon vanilla
6 bottles Elder Berry and 6 Elder Berry/Orange
6 bottles Strawberry
2 1.5 bottles Persimon
2 1.5 bottles Pineapple lighter fluid, still aging
8 bottles of "I don't know what"in the bottom box
5 lbs of fresh Elderberries now in the freezer waiting for inspiration and some honey. Need either to start brewing smaller batches or drinking more :-\.
