Need help gathering meadery emails

Hey guys,

I'm slammed for time right now with customer and IMA/Meadfest work, and need someone to volunteer to do a bit of scutwork.

I have a partial list of updated meaderies already, and can extract an email list from that, but I also have to check and verify the *rest* of the emails from the *old* meadery page, which is in HTML, so you'll need to manually (or via some program) extract the email addys.

I need the addresses to be checked against the various meadery pages/links to ensure they're valid, then sent to me as an excel file, or just a line-by-line page in notepad.

Please, someone save me here, I needed to get this email out for the Mead Festival ages ago, and I'm out of time.
