Thanks , It bubbles out about ever ten seconds . I was worried that I had put the yeast in too early . (12 hours after boil skinm and fill) I used one campden tablet .
I have one gallon carboys to use .

Definitely take a look at that link to the NewBee Guide. Common wisdom now is not to boil and skim the honey. You drive off all kinds of flavors and aromas when you do.

Did you add any nutrients, etc?

Actually, it might be best if you start your own thread giving us the intimate details of your recipe, ingredients and especially procedures. Take a look in the Brewlog for some examples. The more info we have, the better we can help you!

I used a teaspoon yeast nutreant one and a half acid blend in must and a little sugar , lemon juice and yeast nutreant in the yeast starter. The bubbles ARE steady and I believe there is yeast activity .

Okay, definitely start a new thread on this in this forum so we don't keep hi-jacking Drunken Rabbit's post. With all the acid additions here, especially when starting the yeast, I foresee some potential problems that I think we can help you with.
