Can bottled spring water from supermarket that has been ozonation sterilized work for mead brewing ? I want to use it in no boil brewing .
Saturday I met Vicky The Mead Wench at Raleigh Ren Faire .

Don't see why not!

It should be chemical free after all.

I use bottled water all the time and it works great.

DO NOT however, use distilled water. Bottled spring water is what you want.

Cheers,

I have been using bottled Spring Water for everything I have brewed so far and have never had a single problem with it yet!

Yah, I also use bottled spring water, mostly from Krogers. Figure its that or having to boil the tap water to get rid of chlorine...

I am using bottled spring water as well, and It doesn't seem to have any negative impact at all.

It also helps if you buy it by the gallon so you have a free-built measuring system so you know how many gallons you're using up in a batch.
