Can bottled spring water from supermarket that has been ozonation sterilized work for mead brewing ? I want to use it in no boil brewing .
Saturday I met Vicky The Mead Wench at Raleigh Ren Faire . :wave:

I use bottled water all the time and it works great.

DO NOT however, use distilled water. Bottled spring water is what you want.

I have been using bottled Spring Water for everything I have brewed so far and have never had a single problem with it yet! :cheers:

I am using bottled spring water as well, and It doesn't seem to have any negative impact at all.

It also helps if you buy it by the gallon so you have a free-built measuring system so you know how many gallons you're using up in a batch.
