Hi all!

I'm new here, and have a batch of no-boil "lazy mead" happily fermenting away in the kitchen.

(1 gallon water, 2 lbs honey, 2-1/4tsp Red Star baking yeast)

I plan on getting real brewing yeast and equipment soon.
