The nutrients link on the newbee guide just redirects to the yeast page. Is that deliberate?

Otherwise, I found some material from "Hightest" on the HBT forum mead section that they have stickied that would be great to have in the NewBee guide.

A breakdown of each popular nutrient addition, what it does, when to add it, and why, or why not. DAP, Ferm-this Ferm that, boiled yeast, fertilizer, epsom salt, etc.

Check out Hightest's website for all of his FAQs... there is definitely some good info on there.

You can still get to the "Nutrients" chapter by clicking on "Ch. 11: Brew Day" and hitting the "<Prev" button at the bottom of the page (or by clicking here). Someone just needs to fix that other link, but the page is still there.
