How would you select labelling of your bottled mead. Vintage of wines are by harvest time. Would you use the must making date or the date it was bottled? Thanks.

Thanks, I tried to find it through a search, but wasn't successful. I appreciate it. Seems to be personal preference. I used both dates. :)

I tend to use both dates myself, a "begat" date and a "bottled" date. Using both dates gives an indication, more or less, of how long it was bulked aged.
