This is the slowest fermenting mead/wine or beer I have ever made! Usually fermentation is pretty much done within 3-4 days for me, but this has been fermenting for two weeks now and the SG is only down to 1.050. I hope the results are worth it!

I hope you don't mind but I moved your post over to a separate thread because it was posted to a long-dormant thread, and your issue is definitely worth a topic of its own.

If you can give us the full recipe details, I'm sure folks here can give you some useful input.
