Cool! I didn't know that. Now we just need some local Aussie competitions. And I need so aged mead of course. Damn waiting takes a long time!
I just keep brewing more and more. I've overflowed from the allocated brewing cupboard, and still I have very little drinkable! and Still I make more.
I just wish somebody local could demonstrate what a good mead tasted like.
