Okay GOTMEAD, I didn't even bother searching to see if anyone else has found this, but I think this is a Jackpot for any Mead "Purists" out there.

lol, there are so many mead/"meath" recipes it is rediculous, I am using one of those as a base for my next batch most definitely...
