Does anyone have a good "cheap" source for custom print labels? or am i doomed to continue printing them on a inkjet/laser jet?

I do what you do - inkjet printer. I can't see myself ever making in quantities that would justify and make economical a contract printer...

Has anyone ever tried ZAZZLE? They print custom stickers , you just upload the image and choose the shape. It's $4.95 for a sheet of rectangle stickers 4.5" x 2.7" (4 per sheet)

It adds some cost to your bottles, but might be nice when you give them out as presents. I plan on trying this service when I start giving my brew as gifts.

There are many commercial printers out there that can do digital runs of labels. We've used Lightning Labels in CO in the past and have been very happy with the results. I'm not sure of what you consider cheep, but the pricing changes based on the quantity you order. But it might be worth checking out. Their website is pretty good, too.
