Wanted to thank everyone here who shares all the knowledge they do. I have learned so much from everyone here and it has paid off. I won my first award at a competition! Gold for my Hibiscus Mesquite Mead in the AZ Mead Cup. I know i like my mead as do my acquaintances but Its still nice to have validation from your peers that you are doing something right. :p
