Just tasted a batch made with vintners harvest blackberry puree. Came out amazing...
Then inspiration struck, thinking of doing a 5 gal batch, one big (96 oz can), 15lbs hopney & upon completion adding about 3 bottles of brandy & a bottle of chambord.
