Hi so I started A batch about a month ago and generally wherever I read it, it says to expect 2 months to clear. However it is already crystal clear. Do I bottle it or???

Mine always seem to drop out early when I do 1 gal batches, and I bottle when it goes clear. Sometimes I'll have a piece of fruit still floatings, but even still.

Most of the time mine start to clear about a week or two before all the fruit sinks, then I rack it (because I invariably suck crud up ith the racking hose if I bottle directly) a few weeks before I bottle.

If it doesn't say it, swap 'expect' to 'allow' I've had one finish clear in 14 days before. Yeast are alive, like children, they'll do things in their own time.
