Here's the link to an image from my facebook page.

It is a list of home tests that should help you to evaluate the honey you're dealing with.

Hi Noe Palacios. Is this a test to see if the honey has been diluted or mixed with corn syrup? If not what exactly do you mean by Adulterated Honey?

My honey seems decent, even the discount one. (not
especially good either, just not deluted.)

Liked. +1.

These tests are simple, they won't tell you how honey was adulterated, they just tell you that you're may dealing with adulterated honey or with a low quality honey, in the best case - with a good quality honey.

The main concern of these tests is "water", so, if you have a refractometer most of these tests aren't needed.

I like the iodine test. Suppose someone made a "good job", iodine test will show if there's starch in honey, then you'll know it isn't honey after all.

When it talks about diluted honey in water, what would be the honey to water ratio?

These tests have qualitative profiles only. They just tell you if the honey you have in hands is good or not.
