Hi guys. I have a quick question for you about my Mazer Cup entry. What SG readings would be dry, semi-sweet, and sweet? Also, what are the Strength Qualifications (abv or SG drop) for Hydromel, Standard, Sack?

thanks

The judges won't know what your actual measurements are. Those are guidelines. Enter based on taste, aroma, and body/mouthfeel. If it's really sweet, then sweet. If not sweet at all, then dry. Everything else is semi-sweet. If it burns or leaves alcohol after, it's a sac. If it has no recognizable alcohol then hydromel. Everything else is standard.

Good Luck! :)
