Hey, at least you remembered. Last time I forgot, it wasn't till someone pointed it out on my brewlog weeks or months after :p

The last time I forgot, it wasn't until the stink of cabbagey sulphur that I realised :-(

This is bad advice.

I think you should always drink when you brew; how else would we learn valuable life lessons?

Haha! Absolutely!

Just please make sure the camera is rolling when you decide to move 5gal carboys around half in the bag!

I think what we all want to see is youtube footage of controlled bottle bomb detonation. A lesson to new bees as to why you should not bottle early.

I was racking a few 5 gallon batches the other day and decided to have a beer while working on the mead. I got about 2 ounces in the glass and then foam, DAMN, my keg is empty. Drinking while making mead can be depressing, however, being a glass half full guy, I get to go to Dragon Mead and get another keg. BONUS !!!

Heh heh, an optimist sees the glass as half full, a pessimist sees it as half empty...

An engineer sees a glass that's twice as big as it needs to be.

Good one, can I have permission to use that?

Good one, can I have permission to use that?

Of course. But I didn't ask permission from whoever I appropriated it from.

And then, of course, there is:

The pessimist sees the glass as half empty.
The optimist sees it as half full.
The realist drinks it.

;)

Maze on,

The bees consider it an affront to their contribution if I don't drink while I maze.

Mazers... having only made one complete batch I can't call myself one yet. But soon. Soon enough.
