What should I do? Today 24 hours later, one bubble every 10 seconds. Sorry if that's TMI, want it to ferment dry if possible.

Throw in a handful of raisins and boil a couple packs of bread yeast for 10 minutes, let it cool and toss that on. Its too late for nutrients to do any good. Also, do you have a way to check pH?
