View Full Version : Coffee Mead - Primary or secondary?

I am looking at doing a coffee mead. I need a little clarification. Do I use what I've cold brewed as part of the must or do I rack on to coffee beans or grounds in a bag?

You can do cold brew in secondary or dry hop in secondary. I've heard both work.

When I made one I used cold-brewed coffee as part of the must.
