So currently, the only place I can store my fermenters is in my basement. Being winter time in maine, our house temp changes. During the day we use a wood stove upstairs for primary heat, so our oil furnace is off all day and the temp can lower. I haven't taken a thermometer down stairs yet, but at night we use the furnace and it gets comfortably warm in the basement.
Do these changing temps have any impact on my mead? I know it probably makes a difference what the temps are, I should try to see how warm and cold it gets down there.
