Well folks I'm off to Italy. I will be missing my mead over there so I'll take one for the team & settle for the plain old red wine & Limmoncello I make my own limmoncello that's mostly everclear & a little vodka & age for about 4 months so I'm looking forward to having some direct from the source of Limmoncello. Hoping to wander the local countryside wineries & maybe bring some yeasties back with me. cheers
