Seems to me that in the absence of knowledge we are almost bound by duty to volunteer as guinea pigs to investigate the curative properties of fermented honey beverages of all kinds.

Much thanks for the article. I keep telling everyone that I drink mead purely for medicinal purposes.

And if one glass of mead is good, five glasses of mead should be five times as good. I can do the math.

It also seems they let it auto-ferment with whatever is in there. Probably not too tasty unless they get lucky
