I was wondering, has anyone tried the caps that have some sugar and yeast by dropping in the cap just before you close up your bottles?
Of course I'm talking about doing that to a stabilized mead. Would the Sorbat/sulphites nullify the conditioner?

Carbonation caps are just a controlled amount of fermentable sugar. And you can't carbonate if you've castrated the yeast with k-sorbate.

Maylar is correct. It doesn't matter what the capsules have. Once you've stabilized with k-sorbate, you're done.
