First major F up in 3 years, but still irritating.

6 gallon batch of blueberry(12lbs) mead. Starting gravity of 1.113-4 and 72b yeast. This was the third day from pitch and I was goin to add 2 tablespoons of ferm O, but grabbed the go ferm instead. Wasn't watching the gravity since I was just goin to let the yeast run its course. Anything I should watch for or let it ride.

I doubt it will be a problem. Probably should go ahead and add the Fermaid O.

You think so? I wonder about the amount of yan go ferm adds. Can't really find anything on it.

I remember hearing Michael F from Moonlight say that they use a 50/50 split of go ferm/fermaid k. Should be fine, but you'll probably need to get some more nitrogen in there.

Well that isn't much at all. I expected more from yeast cells.

Jeff, Yes, its so little I don't usually factor it in from rehydrating

OogaBooga, I think you heard that on the Beersmith podcast? I heard that too and had to listen again, he later corrects himself
