6 gallon batch of blueberry(12lbs) mead. Starting gravity of 1.113-4 and 72b yeast. This was the third day from pitch and I was goin to add 2 tablespoons of ferm O, but grabbed the go ferm instead. Wasn't watching the gravity since I was just goin to let the yeast run its course. Anything I should watch for or let it ride.
I remember hearing Michael F from Moonlight say that they use a 50/50 split of go ferm/fermaid k. Should be fine, but you'll probably need to get some more nitrogen in there.
