I did a few experiments last year with a bunch of small 1 to 2 gal recipes. Had some fun, learned a few things etc etc. I had two batches that "Got stuck" and never completely fermented. I figured no biggy I have some over sweet mead so I bottled them up. However after opening a few...to sweet, even for me, and that's saying something.

So is it possible to combine all of this and re ferment? If so any recommendations on approach?

It might help if you can provide the details of the recipe, your additives, and the current gravity.
