Greetings all! Have been drinking some great meads lately (Superstition, Garagiste, Black Heath, etc.), which has given me the bug to start making mead again. Used to brew a lot, and make mead occasionally, but never got back to it after moving a few years ago. In the process now of getting all the old fermentation equipment cleaned up, and have already starting to get honey in. Going to start with three 5 gallon batches: Meadowfoam (for traditional), Orange Blossom and Wildflower (for melomels and cysers). Really looking forward to starting again!
