I have been using Fermaid O because the TOSNA equation recommends that. However some of the recipes i have call for Fermaid K. While similar, i know these two have very different nitrogen amounts.
I also have DAP and yeast energizer on hand.
Can anyone recommend any quick conversions of Fermaid O to Fermaid K using more/less DAP to compensate?
I can order Fermaid K in the mail (none of the local places here carry either Fermaid and have yeast energizer instead) but was wondering you guys' thoughts on this before i do anything.

Thanks
