So I will be going to this in January and was wondering if anyone else is going?

Secondly. If you have more advanced questions that no one can can satisfy let me know and I can ask some of the lab coats when I'm there.

Yeah, find out why they don't offer this as an online course? Recorded or live. There has to be a LOT of mead makers who would love to take this, but who just can't take the time to attend.
