View Full Version : Cyser not clearing

The Cyser I am making is still cloudy. I have had it outside for a few days now and that hasn't produced any change. Do I need to be more patient or should I get some fining agent?

By the way, Joe's ancient OCC recipe has cleared beautifully and I just can't wait until it stops so I can bottle and drink it.

Allow at least 2-3 weeks after it is done fermenting for it to clear. After that you can either give it a couple more months more or if impatient, use sparkaloid or some other clearing agent.
