Hello everyone! I have just joined a Ren reenactment group and I have volunteered to make Mead for our group. I was wondering if anyone knows a very simple recipe that doesn't take to long to ferment. Also what basics do I need to start brewing Mead?

Really, there's no need to read all of it unless you're hooked -- there's even more conversation about it tucked away here and there, if you do a search. The recipe is nearly foolproof, and yields a very nice spiced mead that would be a hit with the RenFair folk, I'd guess.
