OK,

I just got my honey in from Miller's Honey in Colton, CA. It's the local raw orange blossom honey and it's excellent.

Brewing coming up this week or next. I might try a cyser that should be ready for the annual Yule party and allnight orgy.

Has anyone ever made a Spiced Cyser with orange/lemon peel for that citrus flavor, and some clove, cinamon and nutmeg for the spice?

Thanks,

Oskaar

I've started something similar, but I'm going for more of a apple / Cinnamon / vanilla flavor. It's not done yet, by a long shot, but I sneaked a taste after the primary fermentation stopped, and I was very satisfied with the results so far. The recipe I used is on my site.
