I just have to tell someone.
My daughter is in New Zealand for an extended holiday and just informed me that several bottles of the mead that Charlie Papazian talks so highly about is on the way to my mail box.
I am realy looking forward to tasting what I think is a real benchmark mead.
I'll keep all informed to what I think.

Oh yea, my daughter says it's not very expensive to purchase but the shipping was like $100.00
So I will be taking small sips for sure.
