I have read that one tenth of a pound of sugar will raise the brix approximately 1 degree per gallon. I also understand that diff. honey will yeild diff. amounts of sugar.

How much would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood.... ;D

How many pounds of honey per gallon to raise Brix 1 degree??

bottom of page has useful data concerning your question. Honey is very close pound for pound with sugar. By weight but not by measure.
