First after syphoning to the bottling buck there's some left in the carboy. Then after bottling theres a bit in the bottom of the bucket and you have one bottle that just isn't full enough to cork. IT'd be a crime to let this mead go to waist, so into my glass in goes.
Down side is, it's just after 3 in the afternoon and I doubt I'll finish the left overs today.
