In particular Fermaid K & Go-Ferm.

How long would these last if they were kept in a sealed container, maybe with some dessicant, in a cupboard ?

I'm asking because I've managed to find a supplier but they only supply in bulk, well I call it bulk.

Fermaid K 2 kg packs
Go-Ferm 2.5 kg packs

They also sell D47 in 500gram packs. How long would this last of kept in the fridge ?

He's in Australia, I'm pretty sure more beer will ship there, but shipping might just make it a better deal to bite the bullet, get it in bulk, then store it properly.
