Hey all,

I plan on starting a batch of cyser this week, and while I was out shopping at Costco today, I saw that they had SueBee clover honey for $6.00 for a 5 pound bottle. I know that SueBee is a nationwide brand, and is most likely highly processed. However, I am also sure that someone here has brewed with it in the past.

If anyone has any comments or suggestions on this honey I would love to hear it.

Nate

p.s. I would love a good cyser recipe if anyone has one handy.

I use Costco honey. It's not Suebee, though, it's some odd brand. It seems to work alright, as long as you don't plan on winning any awards with it. :)

*Edit* Sorry, the local bulkfood here store is Sam's Club, but it's really all the same. ;)

Just a couple from recipes. Depends on what sort of cyser you're after.
