Greetings Everyone,
with all the the good things I've read on Got Mead, I'm excited about trying my first batch. I have been making wine at home for some time now, so I don't feel completely lost. That being said, any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I just purchased 3 lbs of Starthistle Blossom Honey and White Labs Sweet Mead Yeast. Any suggestions on a suitable recipe and possible problems would be most welcome.
