For all of those who love Mexican food, I have to plug this guy. Rick Bayless is a Chicago native who fell in love with Mexico. He has a show on public access television, and has written a few books. My better half is from Mexico, and she says his recipes are very authentic (and they are excellent to boot). So, please check out his books, and if you are in the Chicago area, go eat at his restaurants (shameless plug, but I love this guys food!!!)

Thanks Angus... I love good mexican food.

Speaking of good food...

At this very moment I am making Chicken Alfredo. I just sautÚd 3 boneless skinless chicked breasts in a cup of sweet pyment, added italian seasoning and garlic powder and let the mead boil cook the chicken until about 1/2 to 3/4'- had boiled off, then I drained and browned the chicken over high heat, turned it down to simmer and added the alfredo sauce. OMG!! I've never had chicken so tender juicy and delicious. Yummy!!!

Cheers,
