I have heard that Fireweed honey is the cadillac of honeys.

Would this be a good honey for show?

Any recipe suggestions?

I'd like to go chemical free... 8)

I'm with Joe on the fireweed thing. I've tasted it and I'm not real high on it personally. But, that's just personal preference and peoples tastes vary widely. I tried some avocado honey and I really like it. Alfalfa honey rocks, Western Buckwheat is great, my favorite so far is the stuff from Mexico that my cousin sent me. I'm researching it to see if it's legit and if I can get it into the country legally and without restrictive taxes on both sides of the border.

Cheers,

Oskaar
