Hello,
So I started 3 separate Gallon batches of Mead back in February all of them were made the exact same way (just your standard Sack Mead recipe). 1 of them cleared all by itself like a charm, and i could potentially bottle it today if i wanted. The 2nd batch needed some bentonite to clear it but it did the job and it too could be bottled. The 3rd batch however, despite a bentonite treatment is still cloudy, The bentonite has been in the mead for 3 weeks and today I'm racking it to remove the waste from the bottom.
So my question is, should I do a second Bentonite treatment? Or is that not something that is recommended?
Any help would be appreciated thanks!
