been lurking for a week or two, just started brewing mead. I discovered the lovely stuff at the SoCal Homebrew Festival, and decided I couldn't just sit around and wait for someone else to brew some.

So I'm borrowing equipment and space from friends to brew today.

In the works: 1 gal of Joe's No-Age Sweet mead, and 5 gal of Avocado blossom metheglin (1/2 a vanilla bean added to primary), so tecnically....a metheglin.
