Another great article, Dan!

Not only is it a concise look at Morse's many contributions to the art and science of mead making, but it's also a beautiful basic summery of his conclusions for all those wishing to expand their knowledge of mead and its fermentation principles.

Thanks for writing this!

The question now is, who will write the comprehensive look at Dan McFeely's many contributions to mead? (And I mean up until this point -- NOT after he's gone!)
