Folks, long URL's cause the entire website to show up too wide. Please use TinyURL's (http://tinyurl.com) to create shorter links so that this doesn't happen.

Rule of thumb: if it wraps when you paste it in a post, its too long.

Please save the overworked admins time, and police your posts before clicking 'post'......

Just insert your URLs like this and nobody gets hurt!

It's really, really easy. In the preceding example, what I typed looks like this, except replace the {} brackets with square brackets:

Just insert your URLs like {url=http://www.unitedmedia.com/comics/dilbert/archive/dilbert-20070603.html} this {/url} and nobody gets hurt!

I added the bold and highlighting in the 2nd version for clarity. A generic version might look like this, again with square brackets replacing the {} variety:

blah blah blah blah {url=http://webaddress.copied.from.browser.navigation.window} words to be the cool link {/url} blah blah blah
