Thread: To bee or not to bee

  1. Default To bee or not to bee

Well this sucks.. I signed up full enthusiasm for a 25week beekeeping course and just got a message they canceled all courses because they dont have enough hives anymore to give to the students.
It seems the widespread mysterious death of bees is preventing new blood beekeepers from learning the job
The prices for hives have increased from 70 to +300

    Lucky man!

I just learned that while beekeeping in Minneapolis is banned, it is just fine 1/2 mile across the Mississippi River in St. Paul. I think I'm going to invest in a course this summer myself.
