Thread: Brew Your Own magazine

  1. Default Brew Your Own magazine

    July-August '08.

The title is "Fruit Meads for Experienced Dummies".

However, it's a great multipage article on the art of meadmaking, not just with fruit additions (both primary and secondary). A great read for novice and experienced meadmakers. Even a recipe with bananas! Check it out.

Some home brew stores stock them

You may have to get a back issue (the one referred to is two issues ago). There is a link for distributors on the BYO home page. http://www.byo.com/distribution/

On the BYO homepage there is also a link for back issues. It relates mainly to making beer most of the time.
