    it goes: Blood Orange Melomel, Traditional, Acerglyn, and Cyser in the back.

    The blood orange melomel is for sure getting clear bottles when it gets bottled, the color is too good to hide

    Looks like marbles or something to reduce the headspace

    but it could be the remainder of fruit and/or spices added in the secondary

    I can see light deflection, so my bet is they are marbles.

    Edit: Do you have a recipe for the blood orange? I'd love to make some.

    im just glad to see im not the only one who uses jugs from HEB apple juice!! lol

    Yeah, it's way easier to drink apple juice than the Carlos Rossi wine, IMHO.
