Hi all, Just wanted to give you an update on the batch you helped me out with.....The fermentation was real active for a couple weeks(after bumping the batch up to 3 gal). It slowed down and I racked it to a glass carboy and took gravity reading- 1.010 and not real sweet, so I added another 2.5 lbs honey in about 2 qts. water, and 3/4 tsp nutrient, since then I've been getting one bubble per 4-5 seconds. I've also made 2 gallons of JAO, one gal. of peach and one gal. of pomegranate.
